We are at week 5 and as the puppies transition over to raw foods, they are also starting to explore more of their wild sides. Here is a video that shows them playing with each other and with an old adult dog toy their parents destroyed, still fun for them!

Learning to Play
So much learning and growing, now that they can walk and see, it’s time to play! We had a great opportunity to see them learning to play with each other, here is a short clip of a wrestling match.
They can see and are moving about!
We have just started week 3 and the little pups are growing at a steady rate, All of them are about 1.5 lbs now. They are standing and starting to maneuver around although they still aren’t very steady on their feet! They all have at least partial vision but most have their eyes almost completely open so they can see mom. What an adventure, as my cousin says, this is a time for rapid cell division, they sleep most of the time but when they are awake, they are vocal, active and viciously hungry.
